EMX 65 / EMX 85 European Championship: first round in the South East and North East zone  Romania and Ukraine hosted two successful first round of the EMX 65 / EMX 85 European Championship. TCS Racing Park Circuit in Ciolpani (Romania) welcomed 17 riders from Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Serbia and Turkey, ready to fight for the South East Zone. After ruling the Qualifying on Sunday, the EMX85 class was won by a long-shot with a double win by Hungarian rider Noel Zanocz, who is clearly the favourite of this class. Second place in both races for Bulgarian Vencislav Toshev: a great debut for him as he just jumped on an 85cc bike after competing last season on a 65cc bike. Third place for Danail Stefanov (Bulgaria).   In EMX65 the Hungarian rider Aron Katona swept all first places in each outing – practices or races. Romanian rider Sami Dimitru finished

Motocross European Championships: calendar updates FIM Europe would like to inform of the updates to the provisional 2021 calendar of the Motocross Championships. Due to the global Covid-19 pandemic, the decision has been made to delay the start of the upcoming season and the first round will kick off in Great Britain in late June. The same race format as last year will be used during the upcoming season meaning that EMX will race on Saturday. The decision to run a one-day format was made due to the tight racing schedule in order to allow more recovery time for the riders and the team staff. In addition, the FIM-Europe Motocross of European Nations and Women's Motocross of European Nations scheduled on the 18th-19th of September in Riola Sardo, Italy, will now be as TBA, with more details to be announced at a later date. FIM-Europe Motocross of European Nations and Women's Motocross of European Nations: new date FIM Europe would like to inform about the new date of the FIM-Europe Motocross of European Nations and Women's Motocross of European Nations. The event is moved to 18th-19th September, remaining at the same venue of Riola Sardo, Sardinia. The MX of European Nation is aimed at the development of young riders to ride as a National team with each team consisting of 2 riders on 85cc bikes, 1 rider on a 125 bike and 1 rider on a 250cc bike. The Women's Motocross of European Nation is the only motocross championship in the world for Women to ride as a National team, each team consisting of 2 riders on 125cc 2 strokes and/or 250cc 4 stroke bikes.

Motocross European Championships: calendar updates FIM Europe would like to inform of the updates to the provisional 2021 calendar of the Motocross Championships. Due to the current situation worldwide in regard to the COVID-19 pandemic, the racing calendar will see the Championships kickstart later than originally planned, with the first Grand Prix scheduled for the 23rd of May in Oss, in the Netherlands. Furthermore, the GP of Italy, GP of Portugal and the GP of Germany will be moved from April/May to October. The goal for the 2021 season is to finally welcome back spectators and to be able to do so in a safe and responsible way certain changes had to be made following the current evolution of the pandemic.

2021 Motocross European Championships Provisional Calendar The FIM Europe and Infront Moto Racing are delighted to share the provisional calendar for the 2021 Motocross European Championships: EMX125, EMX250, EMX Open, EMX2T, EMX65 and EMX85. The 2021 season will begin later than usual; the plan is now to kick things off at the end of April, in order to give time for the pandemic to ease and for the teams and riders to carry out the testing and preparations that are needed for another intense season of racing. The aim is to keep the calendar with the usual format, though this will be adapted, if needed, to the evolution of the COVID-19 pandemic. The 2021 racing calendar will introduce three brand-new venues, for the GP of the Netherlands in Oss, along with the GP of Finland in Itti-KymiRing, already presented to feature in the 2020 calendar but then postponed to 2021,

EMX Open and EMX 2T European Championship: the final round at Garda Trentino The European round of Garda Trentino has concluded and with it we saw the final stage of the EMX2t Presented by FMF Racing and EMX Open Championships, which saw Karel Kutsar claim the EMX Open title in the second race of the day. Meanwhile in EMX2t Presented by FMF Racing, with the Brad Anderson of Verde Substance KTM crowned champion at the previous round here in Italy, all was left was the battle for second and third in the championship, which made for some very interesting racing. EMX2t Presented by FMF Racing races saw Nicholas Lapucci of Fantic Racing dominated the races once again, as he was victorious in both heats with quite an impressive margin, over the newly crowned 2020 EMX2t Presented by FMF Racing Champion, Brad Anderson of Verde Substance KTM. With two second place finishes, Anderson ended the season with his 5th podium of the series. EMX Open and EMX 2T European Championship: Anderson wraps up his third EMX2T title a round early in Pietramurata Two solid results during yesterday’s EMX2t Presented by FMF Racing heats saw Brad Anderson of Verde Substance KTM claim his third European title, a round early, as he also placed second overall on the day, with two consistent second place finishes. While Anderson sealed the deal in terms of the championship, it was actually Nicholas Lapucci who made a memorable debut in the EMX2t Presented by FMF Racing category with the Fantic Racing team, as he was victorious in both of the races which helped him claim his first European podium on home soil here in Italy. EMX Open European Championship: Clochet makes the perfect wildcard appearance in Italy to win the round in Trentino The EMX Open Championship made its much-awaited return in Italy for the round of Trentino, which is the fourth instalment of this year’s series. The action saw a brand-new winner in the category, as Frenchman, Jimmy Clochet took two strong race wins, on his wildcard appearance, to claim his first ever European podium as he placed first overall. Joining him on the podium was Italian rider, Davide De Bortoli who had two solid second place finishes, ahead of Toms Macuks who made his third podium appearance of the year for third overall, following two fourths’ in the races. EMX 125 European Championship: Bonacorsi secures the EMX 125 Presented By FMF Racing title in Belgium! Fantic Racing’s Andrea Bonacorsi secured the crown in the EMX125 Presented by FMF Racing class at the final round of the series in Lommel, as he became this year’s European Champion! The Italian entered in the races with a 38-point advantage over David Braceras of RFME GasGas MX Junior Team and only needed to finish the races with a solid result in order to seal the deal. Bonacorsi finished the opening race of the day third, which was enough for him to claim the title in race one. The Fantic Racing rider then had a much tougher second race after getting caught out in a first turn crash, which meant he had to start from way back and 11th was the best he could do.
