Hanika, Ramos and Fores new 2013 Road Racing European Champions in Albacete (Spain)

The final of the European Road Racing European Championship was held today in the Spanish track of Albacete. The new European Champions for 2013 are Czech Karel Hanika (Moto3), Spanish Roman Ramos (Supersport 600) and Spanish Xavi Fores (Superstock 1000). Angel Poyatos (SPA, Yamaha) is new Junior Champion in Supersport 600, while Guillermo LLano (SPA, Kawasaki) is Junior Champion in the Superstock 1000 class. Superstock 600cc Road Racing EC and European Junior Cup in Magny Cours (France)

The ninth round of the Superstock Road Racing European Championship was held yesterday in the French track of Magny Cours. Italian podium with victory of Alessandro Nocco (Kawasaki), second Franco Morbidelli (Kawasaki) and third Christian Gamarino (Kawasaki). Alessandro Nocco (San Carlo Team Italia Kawasaki) has won the STK600 race in dominant fashion today at Magny-Cours. The 16 year old Italian, at his third race victory of his rookie season, pulled away in the opening laps to cross the line 6 seconds ahead of his nearest rivals. Christian Gamarino (Team Go Eleven Kawasaki) and Nocco's team mate Franco Morbidelli put up a great show in the final stages of the race, swapping positions several times before the chequered flag. In the end it was the current Championship leader to snatch second place for just 0.005s, an important achievement for Morbidelli who holds now a 10-point advantage in the standings on both

Today’s qualifying practices of the Road Racing European Championship took place on a rainy day at Albacete (Spain). Last final of Individual Speedway EC in Rzeszow (Poland)

The Individual Speedway European Championship (SEC) – Final 4 was held in Rzeszow (Poland) on the 29th of September 2013. The event was won by Slovakian rider Martin Vaculik, followed by Russian Grigorij Laguta and Danish Hans Andersen. Thanks to yesterday’s victory, Martin Vaculik managed to win the Individual Speedway EC and become the new European Champion with 47 points followed by Nicki Pedersen with 44 points and Grigorij Laguta with 42 points. More than 100 registered riders to the RR European Championship

102 riders, representing 23 countries also from outside Europe, are now registered to the final of the Road Racing European Championship scheduled on the 4th, 5th and 6th of October in the Spanish track of Albacete. In the Moto 3 class, 4 riders are registered as reserves. It is possible that more riders could be added to the attached entry lists, considering that not all related national championships are finished yet and that wild cards should also be released at the incontestable discretion of RFME, Dorna and FIM Europe. European Junior Cup and Cup of Nations in Nürburgring (Germany)

The 6th race of the PATA European Junior Cup, powered by Honda provided another thrilling climax to a race that nobody could predict the winner as the race entered its final lap. As the pack reached the final turn it was Bo Bendsneijder (RT Racing Support), at his second wildcard appearance in the series, who took the lead, holding a slender advantage to claim his 2nd win of the year. Kevin Manfredi (Newton Trasformatori Srl) and Robin Anne (Anne Formation) completed the podium. Sebastian Zielinski has won the Cup of Nations final race of the year at the Nurburgring. The wildcard from Poland led the entire race to finish ahead of Tommaso Lorenzetti and Daniel Tibaldo, both riders of the Nuova F.C.C. Corse Yamaha Team. Superstock 600cc European Championship in Nürburgring (Germany)

The seventh round of the Superstock 600cc European Championship was held yesterday in the German track of Nürburgring. The race was a classic of the Superstock 600 European Championship, made of close racing and incredible performances by the riders fighting for the top positions. Franco Morbidelli (San Carlo Team Italia Kawasaki) came out on top at the end of a thrilling 3-way battle with team mate Alessandro Nocco and Christian Gamarino (Team Go Eleven Kawasaki), who completed the podium in second and third place respectively. The two Italian Motorcycling Federation (FMI) representatives got a good start of the race and they look like they could pull away in the early stages, but halfway through the race Gamarino and Gauthier Duwelz (MTM-MVR Racing Yamaha) closed the gap with the leaders to get in the mix for the win. Final Speedway U21 European Championship in Güstrow (Germany)

The 2013 Final in Speedway U21 was held on 24th August in Güstrow, Germany. More than 3000 spectators have seen a very well organized meeting in the beautiful stadium of Güstrow. The club had his 50. anniversary this year and the European Final was the sportive highlight in this important year. Victory could only be taken after 20 exciting heats and an additional run-off by the Danish rider Mikkel Michelsen. Second place was taken by the favorite of the meeting, Andrzej Lebedevs from Latvia. For the first time in history of French track racing, David Bellego from France was on the podium of a Speedway European Championship and the Jury President of this Final, Christian Bouin, was very pleased about.
