Final of the Enduro EC assigned to Uhliřské Janovice (Czech Republic)

The new place for the fourth and final round of the Enduro-European-Championship will be in the Czech Republik, in Uhliřské Janovice at 6th and 7th of September 1214. Well known by the riders, while there was already an heat last year. The organizer helped quick, when the original planned final in Hungaria could not take place. Now the "EnduroKlub Uhliřské Janovice v ACR" will organize the final as a regular 2-days-competition - without the extravagant final-cross at the last day. Apart from the Czech Republic still Latvia, Estonia and Portugal had applied for hosting the final run. EMX65cc NE, EMX85cc NE and EMXOpen in Orlyonok (Russia)

The first round of the North Eastern qualification leg of the EMX65 and EMX85 and the first round of the EMX Open Motocross European Championship were held this weekend in Orlyonok (Russia). In the EMX65 class only one heat was held with the winner Russian Maksim Kasatkin (KTM). In the EMX85cc class with two victories Russian Timur Petrashin managed to win the overall rankings of the day. In the EMX Open the winner of the first heat was Russian Semen Rogozin, while in the second race winner was Belarussian Evgeni Tyletski. Overall winner of the day was Rogozin with 45 points. Second round of the European Junior Cup in Assen (The Netherlands)

The second round of the European Juionr Cup powered by Honda was held today in Assen (The Netherlands). The six lap race of the Pata European Junior Cup, powered by Honda was held today under rainy conditions. Spaniard Augusto Fernandez (WIL Sport) managed to win his first race of the season, the second one in the series so far, edging out Sweden's Jesper Hubner (Honda Sweden) and pole sitter Marc Miralles (Honda Spain), who is still the points leader after the second race of the season. EMX65cc EMX85cc South-West Europe in Castelanu-de-Levis (France)

The first round of the South Western leg of the EMX65 and EMX85 Motocross European Championship was to held this weekend in Castelnau-de-Levis (France). The first race of the 85 cc class was stopped with the red flag because many riders fell in a slope and stayed stuck in the mud. It was impossible to ride in several places of the track. The first aid workers could not walk and move on the track it was too slippery and muddy. The track was too dangerous. The Jury decided that all races in 85 cc and 65 cc classes are cancelled for security reasons. The first race of the 85 cc class was stopped with the red flag 10.08 minutes after the start. According to the FIM Europe rules, the half of the race time was not made. As a result there is no classification for this event. Next round of

Start EMX65cc EMX85cc South-East Europe in Troyan (Bulgaria)

Today was the first round of the South Eastern leg of the EMX65 and EMX85 Motocross European Championship held in Troyan (Bulgaria). There were present 19 riders to EMX 85 and 18 riders to EMX 65. The weather condition was very good therefore races very safe and interesting. The first heat of the EMX85 was won by rider from Bulgaria HALMI Hakan, second was DIMITROV Alex and third was IVANOV Momchil both from Bulgary. Second race was won again HALMI Hakan, second was DIMITROV Alex, and third was IVANOV Momchil all were from Bulgarian. Overall first place to HALMI Hakan 50 pts, 2nd place DIMITROV Alex 44 pts, 3rd place IVANOV Momchil 40 pts. In the EMX65 class, the first race was won CUHARCIUC Igor from Moldava, second was KOVACS Adam from Hungary ,and third was rider from Moldava TIMUS Nicolai. Second round of the Superstock 600cc EC in Assen (The Netherlands)

Niki Tuuli (Kallio Racing Yamaha) has won the second round of the FIM Europe Superstock 600cc Championship after a masterful display at a rain soaked Assen circuit in the Netherlands. A downpour just moments before the race meant a slight delay to proceedings but when the red lights eventually went out the committed fans who stayed and braved the treacherous conditions were treated to an exciting spectacle from the stars of the future. Starting from 10th on the grid Finnish rider Niki Tuuli rode an almost perfect race leading at one point by more than 4 seconds before being caught by Italy’s Kevin Manfredi (Agro-On Wil Racedays Honda) and local rider Wayne Tessels (Wayne’s Racing Team Suzuki). Motorcycling Rally: Solidarity meeting (Rome, May 4th 2014)

The Italian Red Cross has scheduled a series of commemorative events during the week from the 4th to 11th May on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the signing of the first Geneva Convention. Under the FIM Europe aegis and in collaboration with Moto Club Roma will take place in Rome on May the 4th the “Motorcycling Rally: solidarity meeting”. In the city of Rome great attention will be devoted to the problem of shortage of blood. Despite the efforts the sufficiency transfusion has not been achieved. 55,000 more donators would be needed at least to reach blood transfusion safety. The initiative includes, in addition to the blood donation, also a manifestation of closeness and attention towards children thalassemia patients hospitalized at the Mediterranean Institute of Hematology (Istituto Mediterraneo Ematologia - IME) by Policlinico Tor Vergata. Start of Superstreet Bike Cup in Santa Pod (Great Britain)

Friday and Saturday there were 2 good qualifications round each day, but with some track cleaning. The race started better than the forecast had pronounced, but unfortunately the rain came in at 12 o'clock just when the SSB class have their 1st round of the eliminations. There was no winner in this race, but UK rider G. Balchin made 40 points, which include a new European ET record in 7.1933 sec. So that made him the leader of the FIM Europe SSB Cup, after first round. Start of the Supermoto European Championship in Rivesaltes (France)

Season 2014 could not have had a better start for the European Supermoto Championship - Class SM2 than it had in Rivesaltes (France) this weekend! Thirty European riders gathered on "Grand Circuit du Roussillon" to compete against each other in the search of the win and ultimately the European Champion title. All spectators present were in for some exceptional racing, groups of five-six riders battling it out to the limit through-out the pack. Qualified in pole-position for the first time, Czech Milan Sitniansky (TM) could not yet resist the pressure of the first place and was passed by four riders right from the start of the race. First to lead was Italian Fabrizio Bartolini (Honda), followed by Dutch Devon Vermeulen (TM) and Finnish riders Asseri Kingelin (Aprilia) and Toni Klem (KTM).
