European 250cc Pairs Speedway Championship:
first race in Slovenia
The first round of the 250cc Pairs Speedway Championship was raced in Krsko, Slovenia, in perfect weather conditions on Sunday 2nd July as the original date of 1st July was postponed because of the heavy rain.
8 national pairs and two mixed teams divided into two groups battled for the top three places of their groups to secure places in Finals C, B and A.
In a thrilling day with exciting battles, the young up and coming riders showed great skills and teams qualified into finals C, B and A, that were not decided until the last races in their groups.
At the end team Poland win ahead Denmark and Sweeden.
