In the begging Danish team get the advantage, but later Latvian team riders ride better and better in a really exciting race. At the end Tim Sorensen gave the victory to Denmark after a brave attack when he overtook Davis Kurmis. The final event will be held on 20th June in Macon, France.

European Under 21 Team Speedway Championship SF1: the round in Liberec In sunny, hot conditions, the European U21 Team Speedway Championship Semi-Final 1 was held at Liberec (Czech Republic) in front of one thousand spectators. Riders and officials supported Environment's FIM program before the race. The dramatic race decided in last heat race.  The winner was Swedish team in front of Germany and Czech Republic. Winner were qualified to the final. The best rider of the race was Czech Jan Kvěch. The final will be held at Macon, France, on 20th July.

SEC Speedway European Championship: the weekend in Hungary Fans in Nagyhalasz, Hungary, find their brick surface as a great one, because it brings many passes on the distance and the first race of the evening only confirmed this thesis. Fantastic fight was presented by Logachov and Bellego. Ultimately, after an attack on the last lap, it was Logachov enjoying first win of the night. The Russian Grigorii Laguta came back to speedway after a two-year break and showed to be the one riders have to be afraid of. "Grisha" was unstoppable and finished the meeting with maximum points. His advance hadn't been under danger even for a second. In Hungary, there was no time to be bored at all. Nearly every heat brought tons of emotions, but on the other hand, we had many crashes. SEC Speedway European Championship: Qualifying Round 4 in Slovenia Over 1.500 spectators enjoyed an exciting day at the sunny MatijaGubec stadium. Russian Grigoriy Laguta was the undisputed winner of the qualifying round 4 at the Matija Gubecstadium in Krško, Slovenia. Behind him the Polish Kacper Woryna, second, and the Russian Sergej Logatchev, third. The top three is qualified to the Euro Challenge meeting in Hungary. Expectedly, Matic Ivačič was the best Slovenian rider and with his final fifth place he still has some hope of being called to the Euro Challenge as a reserve. Following Matic’ great heats, was his club teammate, Denis Štojs who ended up in 11th place with 7 points and showed great performance amongst a tough international competition from 12 different countries. SEC Speedway European Championship: Qualifying Round 3 in Ukraine QR3 was held on 2nd May in Rivne, Ukraine. The original date was the 1st May, but due to the heavy rain and the bad track conditions, Tuesday’s practice was canceled. Unfortunately, also one race was canceled, because of the wet track, not suitable for a race. Thanks to the good conditions, on Thursday the race took place with no other delay. SEC Speedway European Championship: Qualifying Round 1 in Croatia The organizers were extremely lucky to escape rain as dark clouds threatened to pour rain on the Croatian track of Milenium stadium, in front of 3.500 spectators. The race was a tough battles between 18 riders from 15 countries. Adrian Miedzinski, Vaclav Milik, Dominik Kubera and Jurica Pavlic Top 4 qualified to the challenge which will be held in Hungary on 25th May.Some big names like Chris Harris or MikkelBech Jensen failed to make it into the two heats after regular part, which was spiced by local superstar Jurica Pavlic who raced both in Last chance and Final, which made his home crowd ecstatic! Polish rider proved their dominance in speedway world and took first and third place; it was Kubera’s first appearance at this track, which he will absolutely remember as he loved racing here tonight. SEC Speedway European Championship: Qualifying Round 2 in Poland Photo credit Jarek Pabijan The meeting was run smoothly on a wellprepared track. The weather conditions had been perfect for a Speedway meeting, so 600 spectators saw a fluent and good meeting. The track staff did a great work and so the meeting was finished within 2:15min. There had been good racing action on the track especially the last heats where packed with racing action. Bartosz Smektala, U21 World Champion 2018, from Poland, was unbeaten up to Heat 22, and fighted hard for the win against David Bellego from FFM, who took the win at the end. Third place was taken by Anders Thomsen from DMU, after he won the Last Chance Heat here in Poznan. And the last Qualifyer for the Euopean Challenge later this season was Andrei Kudriashov from Russia, who was close to the podium during the entire

Individual Speedway European Championship in Mureck (Austria) – Semi Final 2

The Semi Final 2 of the Individual Speedway European Championship was held in Mureck (Austria). A very good crowd of 1500 spectators enjoyed a well organised event. The race was thrilling also thanks to the good preparation of the track, which was in doubt after the rain of the morning.Danish rider Michael Jepsen Jensen won the Semi Final 2 and was unbeaten. His compatriot Hans Andersen and Polish Krzysztof Kasprzak showed their abilities to grasp the two remaining steps of the rostrum. Race off for the 4th place decided that Italian Nicolas Covatti will compete in the Challenge as Czech Tomas Suchanek lost important points in heat 17.
