Loktaev wins the 2nd Semi-Final of Ind. Speedway EC

The second Semi-Final of the Individual Speedway European Championship was held yesterday in Rivne (Ukraine). Five riders + one reserve qualified for the Finals, where eight riders can reach the 4-final series in which the 2012 Championship will be crowned. Victory was taken by the local hero Oleksandr Loktaev who won the race with maximum points. Second place was reached by Robert Miskowiak, Poland and after a run-off 3 place was reached by his fellowman Michal Szczepaniak, Poland. A good crowd of spectators have seen a very good meeting, well-organized by the local club and without any accidents. Record registrations to the 1st round of the Enduro EC

The organisers of the first round of the Enduro European Championship, scheduled on the 26th and 27th of May 2012 in Arsié (Italy), informed that until now they received the registration of 235 riders, among them only 50 coming from Italy. The rest is coming from different European countries, also from countries that participate to the Championship for the first time (for example Croatia and Lithuania). This record number of registration to this championship is a further confirmation of the value, also under a promotional point of view, of this event. Furthermore, it is important to highlight that 71 riders belong to the Junior classes, which is a good sign for the future of this discipline. In Arsié will be held also the single round of the UEM Cup of the 50 cc class.

Tyletski dominates EMX Open round in Zarnesti

The third round of the EMX Open Motocross European Championship was held yesterday in Zarnesti (Romania) together with the EMX 65 and EMX 85 events. Both heats were won by Belarus Evgeni Tyletski (KTM). In the first heat he was in front of Moldavian Mihai Cociu (KTM) and Ukrainian Roman Morozov (Yamaha). In the second heat, second position went to Morozov and third position to Cociu. The provisional rankings see the leadership of Tyletski with 141 points closely followed by Morozov with 137 points. Results from the 2nd round of SE EMX 65cc & 85cc

The second round of the South-Eastern EMX 65 and 85cc Motocross European Championship was held in Zarnesti (Romania). The track conditions were very difficult because of sunny and windy weather. The organizers made a great work to made the races possible and the weekend finished without any serious accident. In the EMX 65 Class victory of Croatian Nikola Hranic (KTM) in both heats. In the first heat, second position went to Moldavian Igor Cuharciuc (KTM) and third to Bulgarian Momchil Ivanov (KTM). In the second heat the second position went to Cuharciuc and third to Moldavian Nicolar Timus (KTM). In the EMX 85 class the winner of both heat was Bulgarian Michael Ivanov (KTM). 1st Semi-Final of Ind. Speedway Junior EC

The first Semi-Final of the Individual Speedway JuniorEuropean Championship was held today in the German track of Pfaffenhofen. The winner was Polish Piotr Pawlicki, followed by Czech Eduard Krcmar and Vaclav Milik. Russo Winner of the 3rd Round of Superstock 600cc

The third round of the Superstock 600cc. European Championship was held today in Monza (Italy) after it was postponed after a lightning storm in very close proximity to the circuit made it unsafe to continue as planned on Saturday. This round was run under very difficult weather situation, the Start was deleted due to the strong rain. The race was characterised by 4 minor crashes. The race was won by Italian Riccardo Russo (Yamaha), followed by Belgian Gauthier Duwelz (Yamaha) and Swiss Bastien Chesaux (Honda). The provisional rankings see Riccardo Russo in leading position with 61 points. Due to weather conditions the round of the Road Race European KTM Junior Cup class was cancelled. Cuharciuc and Petrov Leaders in SE EMX 65cc & 85cc

The first round of the South-Eastern EMX 65 and 85cc Motocross European Championship was held on the “MILCI” MX track in Gevgelija (FYROM). No chance for the little riders in EMX 65 Class in front of the Moldavian Igor Cuharciuc (KTM). On the overall second and third place were riders Nikola Hranic from Croatia and Hakan Halmi from Bulgaria. The riders in EMX 85 Class made a great show for the spectators. The winner of the first race was Bulgarian Ivan Petrov (KTM) while Bulgarian Michael Ivanov (KTM) was the first rider who saw the checkered flag in the second race. After first round of the European Motocross Championship in the South-Eastern Zone Bulgarian rider Ivan Petrov is topping the 85cc ranks with 47 points, while in the 65 cc standings Moldavian rider Igor Cuharciuc is first with maximum points. Morozov Dominates EMX Open Round In Kiev

The 2nd round of the EMX Open Motocross European Championship was held in sunny and hot conditions in Kiev (Ukraine). Both races were dominated by home rider Roman Morozov (Yamaha). In the first heat the second position went to Belarus Evgeni Tyletski (KTM) and third Russian Artem Sadilov. In the second heat, Morozov was followed again by Tyletski in second position and Sadilov in the third. The provisional rankings see the leadership of Morozov with 95 points, closely followed by Tyletski with 91 points and Sadilov with 71 points.
