European Under23 Team Speedway Championship: Great Britain qualifies for Final

European Under23 Team Speedway Championship:
Great Britain qualifies for Final

Semi-Final 1 for the European Under23 Team Speedway Championship in Pardubice, Czech Republic.
The meeting was run on a sunny windy day after a big thunderstorm on the previous night.
Team from Great Britain showed real class with three equally good riders being led by faultless Daniel Bewley. Team Czech Republic fought to the last heath but two young riders in their team could not match the class of their older English counterparts. Czechs finished second only four points behind. Team France shoved some promise as well as the Team Europe, which had only three riders and therefore could not end up better than last.

Final results
Team Great Britain, 46 points
Team Czech Republic, 42 points
Team France, 21 points
Team Europe, 11 points

Great Britain is qualified for the final round of the European Under 23 Team Speedway Championship, that will be raced on October 10th in Poland.
The second Semi-Final will be on June 18th in Elgane, Norway.
