European U19 Individual Speedway Championship:
Jesper Knudsen crowned Champion!
Final round for the European Under 19 Individual Speedway Championship in Nagyhalász, Hungary. A thrilling open-doors event, even more challenging due to the weather conditions, with a huge audience of over 2.000 spectators.
After Heat 12 two riders could be the new Champion: Jesper Knudsen from Denmark and Mathias Pollestad from Norway. In Heat 15 the two riders met face to face: after the second lap the Danish could get a bit of gap on the Norwegian, winning the heat. In Heat 14 Casper Henriksson from Sweden secured with a race win the third overall position.
Due to the bad weather conditions, the Jury decided to stop the meeting after Heat 16.
