South East zone: third round in Serbia

Third round of the EMX 65 / EMX 85 European Championship South East zone in Krusevac – Globare, Serbia.
Riders from Turkey, Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania and Serbia took part to the race for the Final.

EMX85
Once again, the Bulgarian Ventislav Toshev (HUSQVARNA) won both EMX85 races. Race 1 ahead of Bulgarian Danail Stefanov (GAS GAS), while in race 2 ahead of Hungarian Ferenc Orlov (HUSQVARNA) and Stefanov. The Hungarian rider missed the podium after crashing out in the first race, therefore the second overall position went to Stefanov. Mihnea Banu (YAHAMA) from Romania got the third step of the podium after finishing third in the first race and fourth in the second. Serbian Aleksa Milosavljevic (KTM) had to settle for fourth at his home race.

EMX65
The EMX65 was won by Hungarian Aron Katona (HUSQVARNA) after a very close battle with Bulgarian Dani Tsankov (YAMAHA), first in race 2. As Katona won the second race, he won the overall too. Intense race for third step too, with a challenging fight between two riders from Romania: Mark Szoke Eross (HUSQVARNA) and Sami Dumitru (YAMAHA).
