UEM are very pleased to announce the new partnership with TTXGP; UEM will continue its involvement with electric racing after a brief test in 2010 and nurture the next generation of motorsport throughout the European rounds of the championship. The partnership agreement was formally approved at the Board meeting of the UEM this December. Upon signing Mr Mazzi, President of the UEM said "We are very pleased of this agreement that pose the UEM in front of the technical innovation. Duty of the UEM is to grow our sport in Europe and this is a very important occasion to find new paths". The UEM Management Council met on the 26th of November 2011 in Copenhagen for an analysis of the just concluded sporting season and to define a plan of the next year activities. The 2012 Sporting Calendar was defined (here attached) and some changes were brought to the sporting rules: All European Championships and Cups will be 'open', ie available also for riders from other continents; To be considered as such a European Championship, with the only exception of the Road Racing European Championship, should be held in at least three rounds; One class, in order to be considered as valid for the assignment of points valid for the rankings of the championship, should register the participation of at least five riders; The subdivision in four areas of the Motocross European Championship in the 65cc. and 85cc. classes was confirmed and the final will be held in Great Britain on a
