Last Saturday, 5th of December, the fourth tree planting action took place in Balen (Belgium). Since 2012, on the initiative of former motocross world champions, Eric Geboers, Joel Smets and Stefan Everts, a tree planting action has been organized with the support of the FMB and the motocross community in Flanders resulting in the fourth motocross CO2 forest. BMU President Bogdan Nikolov welcomed the Balkan Federations to the meeting, where important topics have been discussed: reports of the various Championships, approval of the results, of the 2016 Calendar as well as the regulations for Motocross, Road Racing, SuperMoto, Cross Country, Enduro and MotoClassic. Photo by Robert Pairan The German rider Mike Hartmann conquered the first title in the SuperEnduro-European Championship at the indoor-event in Lodz (Poland).The GasGas-rider won both heats in front of the Austrian Lars Enöckl on KTM.Third in the championship finished the local rider Jakub Lukaszczyk with Sherco.The event was held together with the first round of the World SuperEnduro Championship.âThe long journey was worth it and the luck was on our side. Upon invitation from KTM, FIM Europe President Dr Wolfgang Srb met on Thursday with the KTM Bosses (CEO Stefan Pierer and Head of Motorsport Pit Beirer) at the headquarters in Mattighofen, Austria. The 2015 season has been evaluated, as well as the plans for 2016 have been discussed. KTM is a major player in the off-road market and the riders have succeeded in many World and European Championships. There are also important activities in Road Racing in the Moto3 class.
