FFM Press Conference

Champions communiqueThe traditional group picture at the end of the press conference

Yesterday the traditional FFM Press Conference and prize-giving was held. The President Jacques Bolle illustrated the tendency for 2016, so as the FFM decisions and actions for defending and promoting motorcycling.

It was also the occasion to celebrate the French riders for their results in the European and World Championships. In particular, in Enduro, Julien Jagu is the Vice-Champion in Enduro Senior 1, David Abgrall won the title of European  Champion in Junior E1, Jérémy Carpentier managed to conquer the title in Junior E2/E3, while Audrey Rossat is the European Vice-Champion. The French rider Johann Zarco won the Moto2 World Championship and the French team won also the Motocross of Nations, in front of a record crowd, with Gautier Paulin, Romain Febvre and Marvin Musquin, and the Supermoto of Nations, with Thomas Chareyre, Sylvain Bidart and Adrien Chareyre.
Furthermore, the French rider Maxime Renaux was third in the European MX125 and Maxime Desprey was third, too, in the EMX250 and Pierre Sauvage, winner of the Trial Junior European Championship whicle Steven Coquelin was third in the Senior.
