Sad passing of Uwe Petzold
The FIM Europe is saddened to inform about the passing of Uwe Petzold, member of the Motocross and Snowcross Commission since 2017. Uwe tragically passed away last night.
He was passionate about all aspects of motorcycling and worked for a long time with the German Federation as a member of the MX Commission. His passion for motocross saw him become a DMSB-Academy instructor for MX officials.
As part of the FIM Europe family, Uwe was an active member of the Motocross Commission, working with professionalism and dedication.
Uwe will be hugely missed by the entire FIM Europe, who extends its condolences to his family and friends at this difficult time.
