Sad passing of Peter Hansen
It is with deep sadness that the FIM Europe has to announce about the passing of Peter Hansen, member of the Motocross and Snowcross Commission since 2010. He tragically passed away on the weekend of April 6 after a short time of illness.
Peter has been a long-time volunteer in DMU’s Motocross Commission and FIM Europe, holding the office of vice-president of the Motocross and Snowcross commission from 2011 until 2022.
He was a member of Sønderborg Motor Club and he got into the motocross sport and DMU when his son started racing years ago.
With Peter’s passing, the FIM Europe family loses a great and dedicated volunteer.
We’ll all miss his kindness and efforts.
