FIM Europe 2nd Workshop on Leadership

FIM Europe will organize the 2nd Workshop on Leadership, addressed to the leaders of the FMNs Executive Staff: the Secretaries General. After the first, successful, edition, which took place in Maggiora (Italy), in November 2013, the second Workshop will be held in two sessions in Jerez de la Frontera (Spain) on 27-29 March and on 22–24 November 2015.

Participation and accommodation will be completely free of charge for all participants in the Hotel Sherry Park (www.hotelsherrypark.com). In fact, thanks to the FIM appointment of Jerez as World Capital of Motorcycling, the Municipality of Jerez has granted the opportunity to organize this important workshop without costs for the FIM Europe and the participants of its FMNs. Only travel costs will be at charge of the participants.
The Workshop will be held by Sadhana Singh Avenali, International Lead Trainer of L&MKYT, a company that deals with the training method “Kundalini Yoga”. This Company has partners in Italy, Germany and Slovenia, and has provided consulting services to companies operating worldwide, including Philip Morris, INA Assitalia, Lierac Paris, Omibis Slovenia, Telecom Italia, University of Peru, Ecuador University – Faculty of Economics, Libera Università di Studi Sociali LUISS “Guido Carli” of Rome and Università degli Studi di Roma “Foro Italico”.
The first Workshop on Leadership was focused on the “Cycle of the Intellect” that reveals the dynamic as thought, from its conception, comes to a complete show. The Trainer Avenali proposed an ancient yogic technique, based on an age-old knowledge, for mind-mapping, to learn to use its many facets and to understand how to get the best performance from ourselves and from the others.
«During the Workshop we will have the opportunity to spend together two days and will be able to discuss, in the free moments from the workshop, issues of mutual interest in the field of FIM Europe, as well as to give us a moment of personal and professional growth», says Alessandro Sambuco, FIM Europe Secretary General.
