European Baja Championship at Samokov (Bulgaria)

Samokov, in Bulgaria, hosted the final round of the European Baja Championship.

Day 1 - Due to safety reasons in day one of Baja Bulgaria only the prologue was done and SS2 had to be cancelled due to safety reasons –  it was not possible to start in time to avoid darkness.
Quad 1 – Georgi Gochev BUG/BMF Honda TRX 450
Quad 2 – Emil Komarovski BUG/BMF Yamaha Raptor 700
UTV-T3 – Nikolay Gochev BUG/BMF Polaris  RZR 1000
Day 2 – The winners of the various categories were:
Quad 1 – Georgi Gochev BUG/BMF Honda TRX 450
Quad 2 – Bogdan Zyrin UKR/FMU RENEGADE 1000
UTV-T3 – Nikolay Gochev BUG/BMF Polaris  RZR 1000
Day 3 – In Quad 1 Krasimir Kolev was the fastest rider, but the the title was already assigned to   Pawel Otwinowski.
In Quad 2 Iaroslav Tovstyk was the fastest rider of the day but thewinner of the  title is Bogdan Zyrin.
In Quad overall Krasimir Kolev won with a gap of less than one minute after almost two hours of riding, but the title goes to Oleksandr Bashynskyi, with the same points as Bogdan Zyrin, both from UKR.
In UTV category the leader of the championship Tadeus Wisniewski had big problems after hitting a tree, he got a lot of penalties during the day and finished in 6th place. The winner of the day and also first in the standings is Nikolay Gochev. Tadeus Wisniewski presented a protest to the jury about problems on the track, the protest was rejected but the rider has the right to appeal.
