The two Semi Finals and the Final of the European 85cc Youth Speedway Cup were held at Vissenbjerg, in Denmark.The races were run on a wet track after the rain of the morning but thanks to the excellent work of the Vissenbjerg Motor Club’s staff the event was successful, with 36 riders at the start.
The eight best riders (from Denmark, Sweden, Germany and Finland) qualified to the Final.
After 20 heats the winner was was Benjamin Basso in front of Esben Hjerrild and Jonas Knudsen, all from Denmark.
