The meeting of the Individual U21 Team Speedway Championship was originally scheduled on August 19th but it was postponed because of heavy rain after heat five. On Saturday September 16th, due to heavy rain that lasted till midday the practice scheduled for 10.00 was cancelled. After some heavy work the organising club KSM Krosno managed to prepare a raceable track for the meeting. In a fully crowded stadium, attractive rides from Speedway upcoming riders were held.
The Polish U21 team confirmed their role of favorites for winning the team title but the contest for the European U21 team title was hard. The fight for the second place was decided in the last heat.
