The 8th November 2014 on the occasion of the last MotoGP race at the Circuit de la Comunitat Valenciana in Valencia (SPA) a meeting was held between representatives of Dorna, FIM and FIM Europe to define the details of the 2015 Road Racing European Championship formula.
The Championship will see eleven races in eight events involving classes Moto2 and Superbike.
The races, like the FIM CEV 2014, will take place in France, Portugal and Spain. The calendar is being finalized and will be presented in the coming weeks.
At the end of the meeting this is the statement of Dr Wolfgang Srb: “I am very happy that an agreement has been reached for a credible and attractive European Road Racing Championship. The sport is the winner!”
