04/07/2024 – Misano World Circuit green plan 

In the morning, the press room of the Simoncelli was the scene of the presentation of the green plan of the Misano World Circuit, by virtue of which the racetrack will proceed with the planting of approximately 40 trees per year – from 2024 to 2026 – to offset its business. A commitment fully embraced by the Italian Motorcycle Federation through the FMI Environment Commission, in continuity with the 2022 CIV Green project and which saw the first act take place a month ago, when on 7 March the first 40 trees were planted in the Park of Greppa, near the circuit. Present at the event were Andrea Albani Managing Director Misano World Circuit, Giovanni Copioli President of the FMI, Alberto Veracini Colonel of the Carabinieri Rep. Biodiversity Pieve S. Stefano, Nicola Schivardi Councilor for the Environment, Urban Decor, Public Housing, Giancarlo Strani Coordinator of the Environment and Off-Road Regulations Commission FMI.
