The city of Culitzsch (Germany) hosted the 4th round of EMX65 and 85cc for the North-West zone. After the qualifying races of yesterday, the young riders today faced two races for both classes.
Sunday morning started with warm up, on a very wet track but with sunshine and 25°C.
EMX85 – In Race1 the Danish rider Mikkel Haarup was again the fastest and was the first to cross the finish line before Dutch Rick Elzinga and Czech Petr Polak. In Race2 we could again see Mikkel Haarup finish in the first place, followed by Christoffer Mills from Great Britain, with German Pit Rickert in third position. In the overall, Haarup wins before Mills and Elzinga.
EMX65 – In Race1 Constantin Piller won in front of Simon Laengenfelder and Cato Nickel, all from Germany. In Race2 Constantin Piller managed to win again in front of Simon Laengenfelder, with Dutch Kay Karssemakers in third place. In the overall, Piller leads in front of Laengenfelfer and Karssemaker.
