The third round of EMX 65/85 European Championship SW Zone started in windy and cloudy Fernao Joanes, Portugal with 52 riders: 22 in EMX 65 and 30 in EMX 85.
The weather conditions in the morning were really windy and cloudy but after few hours it became sunny and warmer. The track was well prepared.
In the EMX 65 qualification race practice the first position went to the young Spanish rider Antonio Gallego, 4,57 sec ahead of Martim Espinho from Portugal and 17,51 sec in front of French Mathis Valin.
In EMX 85 holeshot for Spanish Raul Sanchez, but the first position went to another Spanish rider: David Braceras, 7,74 sec ahead of Raul Sanchez. Third position for Guillem Farres, from Spain, too, 18,38 sec behind the leader.
