2014 Provisional Permanent Entry List for the 2014 Superstock 600cc EC

FIM Europe acknowledged the pubblication by Dorna of the entry list for riders admitted to the 2014 Road Racing European Championship for the Superstock 600cc class. Two-days training event dedicated to the young riders of the 150cc Honda EC in Albaida (Spain)

In the 22nd and 23rd of March, Honda Europe and FIM Europe will organise on the Spanish track of Albaida a two days training event reserved to 29 young riders of 10 different countries participating to the 150 Honda European Championship, in view of the start of the championship due to the 4th of May in Valkenswaard (The Netherlands). The youngsters, all on Honda CRF150R, will receive tips and technical advice by expert professionals and by a FIM Europe “special team”, the same that was already used in July 2013 in Lausitzring, which will evaluate their physical and psychological fitness and will provide them with useful indications on how to program their sporting season, how to keep constantly in shape, and how to train at their best. EMX Open & EMX 65/85 NEE: Change in FIM Europe Sporting Calendar

FIM Europe Management Council, acknowledging the cancellation by the Federation Motorcycling of Ukraine (FMU) of the EMX Open round and the qualifying round for the North-East area of the EMX 65 and EMX85 European Championship, which were scheduled on the 4th of May in Kiev, decided to move it at the Polish track of Cieszyn. The Ukrainian Motorcycling Federation (FMU), in consideration of the particular political situation of the country, of the difficult financial situation and of the incoming election round, informs that it is forced to cancel the following events: Speedway European Championship in Rivne on 02-03.05 Motocross European Championship 65,85,OPEN in Kiev on 02-04.05 Motocross European Championship OPEN in Chernivtsi on 09-11.05 FIM Europe acknowledged FMU decision and reserves itself to recover the above events with the same date, but in different location.   Download here FIM Europe Press Release 012/2014

FIM Europe Mag 01/2014: FIM Europe Weight Training Workshop

After the agreement with the International Federation of Sport Medicine, FIM Europe started a advantageous collaboration with the European Weightlifting Federation, to develop a joint study on the application of training systems among weightlifting athletes and motorcycling riders. The first step of this unusual collaboration was a Weight Training Workshop, which was held successfully in Austria seeing the participation of 15 national coaches of national motorcycling Federations in Europe. This FIM Europe Mag issue will cover some of the following topics: What is the role of strength in the performance of the rider? What are the differences that characterize the use of strength in the various disciplines of Motorcycling? What means should be used for the development of strength? 2014 Snowcross European Championship in Hattfjelldal

The FIM Europe Snowcross Championship was held on the track in Hattfjelldal the 1st and the 2nd of March, with a lot of riders entered (41). 2014 Edition of the MXoEN in Pacov (Czech Republic)

FIM Europe and Youthstream are delighted to announce that the 2014 edition of the Motocross of European Nations (MXoEN) event will be held in Pacov in Czech Republic on the date of the 24th August 2014. The riders taking part in the event will be divided in three different categories, 85cc, 125cc and 250cc, and besides racing for their Nation’s victory, they will also fight for an individual result. First round of the Extreme Enduro Cup in Great Britain

The new FIM Europe Extreme Series started on Sunday the 2nd of March with the first event “Eddy's Xtreme” at the famous Back Cown Quarry in the Lancashire region (Great Britain). The podium was completely British with victory of David Knight (Sherco). Second position to Jonny Walker (KTM) and third position to Paul Bolton (KTM). Day 2 of the Individual Ice Racing Final in Kamensk-Uralskiy (Russia)

The second day of the Individual Ice Racing Final was held yesterday Sunday the 23rd of February in the Siberian track of Kamensk-Uralskiy (Russia).
