On May 17th, at the General Secretariat in Fiumicino, an agreement with EMG Eventi and MotoxRacing MotoClub for the Supersport 300 Women’s European Cup was signed. The agreement extends until 2025 and provides for the title of Championship from 2023.

Alessandro Sambuco, FIM Europe Secretary General
“We are all aware of the difficulty of the historical moment we are experiencing and therefore, going back to designing and signing development agreements that expand and qualify the sports offer is certainly a pleasure. This agreement, signed with a Promoter, particularly experienced and deeply committed to helping the women’s movement to grow, will extend until 2025. In these years the FIM Europe will be alongside the Promoter to facilitate the growth process of the Women’s European Cup, from next year Women’s European Championship”.

Max de Simone – CEO of EMG Eventi
“After only three years from its birth, we are happy to have signed this agreement with FIM Europe for the next three to continue our project. The title of Championship from 2023 gives us the impetus to continue to grow a women’s movement that finally returns to be protagonist on the European scene. We will work immediately to make the 2023 Calendar increasingly more and more European. Thanks in addition to FIM Europe, logically goes to the Italian Motorcycle Federation who believed in the Women’s European Cup project right from the start”.

Sandro Carusi – President of MotoxRacing MotoClub
“I am very satisfied to have obtained the title of Championship for our project which started in a very difficult period. For us, the women’s one represents a very important movement in which to continue to invest”.
