The third round with two races of the Road Racing Hill Climb European Championship was held this weekend at Chatel – St. Denis in Swiss. This event was held for the second time in Switzerland. On Saturday, the weather conditions was cloudy and later rain. Afternoon was strong rain and the practice on Sunday morning must be delayed for one hour.
The overall winners of the two races are the following:
- 250GP: Pierre Yves Brian (France, Yamaha)
- 600cc: Jean Noel Salvi (France, Honda)
- 1200cc: Stefano Bonetti (ITA, Yamaha)
- Supermoto: Josef Frauenschuh (AUT, KTM)/Philippe Bongard (SUI, Suzuki)
- Sidecar: Olivier Dichamp/Vicent Peugeot (FRA, LCR Suzuki)
The next event will take place on Saturday 19st and Sunday 20nd of July Chalamont/ France
