Mini Road Racing European Championship

Mini Road Racing European Championship

After two years of lock down due to the Covid-19 pandemic the Mini Road Racing European Championship was back in action hosted by the “Cathedral of Speed”, the TT Assen in The Netherlands for a three-day event.
The event was organized together with a big national event on the main venue which attracts a very large crowd of spectators. The weather defied the heat wave dominating other parts of Europe and with sunshine and around 22 degrees set the perfect conditions for three days of racing and friendship for the young riders.
6 nations were represented and the Mini Moto classes were all present. The Mini Bike classes of Ohvale and Honda NSF were absent due to a conflict of dates with other events.
The newly signed agreement with PMT, the tyre company, meant that PMT was present at the event supplying tyres for the riders and assistance for technical control: a well appreciated service.
Racing in Mini Moto is the foundation of all the big classes and the future stars of Road Racing are developed here. Both qualification and racing were very intense, but the friendship between the riders is also an important part of developing the spirit of fairness and having fun with your sport.
