The traditional Prize Giving Ceremony of the Denmarks Motor Union (DMU) took place at the famous “Docken” at Nordhavn in Copenhagen, Denmarks capital. Many kind of events are organized at “Docken”, such as Seminars, Meetings, Conferences, Networking Events, Exhibitions and, of course, Motorsport Awards.

DMU President Jorgen Bitsch and DMU Secretary General Jonas Nygaard welcomed many riders, their families clubs, organizers, officials as well as the Vice-President of the National Olympic Committee of Denmark Mr Hans Natorp; all in all an amazing attendance of 900 VIP guests.

DMU is a very active Federation with many top riders and plays under the leadership of President Jorgen Bitsch also a strong role in the context of the Nordic Motorsport Council, one of the six Regional Associations of FIM Europe.
“It was a fantastic evening at the Danish Motorsport Award 2017 and on behalf of DMU we were very pleased to have the FIM Europe President Dr. Wolfgang Srb at the award and representing FIM Europe. It was also recognized by the price winners which really appreciated the participation of the FIM Europe President which took part in the pricing giving ceremony” said President Jorgen Bitsch.
