FIM Europe Club Experience

FIM Europe Club Experience
from 24th to 27th September 2021 in Austria

In a fantastic weather, the participants met in the well-known tourist resort of Bad Kleinkirchheim in Carinthia. In addition to the personal contacts between the various associations, the focus was on trips.
The assistance for the event was supplied by Franz Pintarich, FIM Europe Touring Commission Member and his Staff with the support of AMF.
On the first day, the bikers were welcomed at the Austrian-Italian border by the Amici Cavalieri Motorcycle Club. After a typical Italian lunch, the group went back to the hotel via Predilpass (Italy), Vršićpass (Slovenia) and Wurzenpass (Austria).
After this 220 km long circuit in the neighboring Countries, a bus took the participants to the medieval Castle Sommeregg for a knight’s dinner.
On the second day, the participants drove 180 km to the Nockalm and Maltatalstraße, two alpine passes that are very popular among motorcyclists. There was a visit to the Porsche Museum in Gmünd and the Kölnbreinsperre.

Franz Pintarich, FIM Europe Touring Commission Member
“Thanks to the good personal contacts with our partners, I believe that we were not only able to introduce the Country and its people, but we also could set up a very familiar event. I am very happy about, what I think, was the positive feedback from the participants, not only on the days of the event, but also when they say goodbye. Not to forget to mention the great cooperation with my helpers, without whose help this
event would not have been possible”.

Alessandro Sambuco, FIM Europe Secretary General
“The event was appreciated by all participants, thanks to the good weather, the splendour of Carinthia, the good food but above all thanks to the perfect organization put in place by Franz Pintarich, his wife and the Staff. I have personally appreciated the assistance provided by our Austrian biker friends. I am firmly convinced that this type of events, created to foster a moment of harmony between colleagues and sharing the passion for two wheels, must gather more and more subscriptions. This would be fundamental to improve the organizational climate and problem solving within the various activities of FIM Europe”.
