European U21 Individual Speedway Championship:
Danish Marcus Birkemose takes the title!
After the cancellation of the final round of the European U21 Individual Speedway Championship in Hungary due to the restrictions of the Coronavirus, the event was held today in Gdańsk, Poland.
Young riders from all over Europe fought each other for the title: before the last series of heats 7 riders still had a chance for a medal.
At the end Marcus Birkemose scored 2 points to win the title and Jakub Miśkowiak won his last heat to finish second, Alexander Woentin completed the podium.

1. Marcus Birkemose, Denmark
2. Jakub Miśkowiak, Poland
3. Alexander Woentin, Sweden
