European U19 Pairs Speedway Championship:
Latvian Gusts, Matjusonoks, Ansviesulis win the Final

The historic city of Gdańsk, Poland, hosted the first ever European U19 Pairs Speedway Championship Final.
In a thrilling and emotional afternoon, the Latvian Pair took the leading from the beginning. After an easy match with the Czech and German Pairs, it won 5:1 with pre-meeting favourites Polish and confirmed its hegemony in heat 11 with a double win over British.
The British lost their comfortable lead over Polish in heat 13 after an own fall of Rowe but stayed focused on the result and collected points. After the Polish win 5:1 over Danish in heat 20 and a tie between Great Britain and Sweden in heat 21 the run-off decided on the second place in which Poland got the silver medal.
On the occasion of the World Environment Day and the Sustainable Week an autograph session was organized with riders, managers and Jury Member, signing a board “Join us create a better future”.
