The track of Tayac, in France, hosted the final of the Sidecar European Championship, which caught the attention of around 1000 spectators. The meeting was held with the excellent work of the club staff that permitted a great Final.
The weather was hot, in a sunny, partially cloudy day.
All the heats were interesting and in the whole day there were two crashes with no serious injuries for the riders and their passengers.
William Matthijssen – Sandra Mollema from Netherlands are the European Sidecar Champions for second time in a row.
The victory was not very easy for the Dutch team because during the Final A they had a close fight with the German Team of Markus Brandhofer and Tim Scheunemann, who finished in the second position.
Third place for the German Team of Markus Venus and Markus Heiss.
