Russian juniors showed that their level of the game goes feet to feet with their adult team. They are real contenders to the Champions title and their play gives a lot of good emotions to their supporters.

FRANCE 2-2 GERMANY
Superb defence from both teams was dominating in the first half of the game, and even if both teams had some good chances, the ball didn’t go to net. Germany wasted an excellent chance in the third quarter, when their player went one-on-one with French goalkeeper, but later scores 11 meters penalty. Les Bleus replied in the last quarter, and they were really close to another one, but the ball hit the post and the luck wasn’t on their side – Germany scored a beautiful close goal and France wasted a good chance to hit back. But France bravely fought till the end, and they superbly equalized the result at the end of the match.

BELARUS Juniors 0-0 GERMANY Juniors
There were no goals scored in this game, but both teams tried their best and showed good skills. Tomorrow these teams will be playing again in the semi-finals.

An absolute masterclass show from Russian juniors and a very tough lesson for Les Bleus. Tomorrow the teams will meet again, and France has some things to sort out.

BELARUS 2-1 THE NETHERLANDS
It was an important game for The Netherlands, because it was a good chance to get their first win, but Belarus weren’t ready to give it away easily. They scored two in the first half and earned their third victory in this Championship and went to semi-finals, while The Netherlands’ late answer was not enough to gain points.

LITHUANIA 1-13 RUSSIA
Russia is already in the semi-finals, so this game with one of the outsiders made no problems for them. But a show for the spectators was there – they saw 13 beautiful goals and the fifth victory of their favourite team, which stands now in the first place in the general standings.
