European Classic Series in Aragon (Spain) – Day 2

aragon-vend-am-web-112The European Classic Endurance Cup ended with great success yesterday at Motorland Aragon in Spain.

Good weather, a fabulous track, perfect organization and an exciting race, were the ingredients that made this event a perfect finish for the DG Sports promoted cup.

After 4 hours of racing, with only one minor accident without any problem for rider and bike, the winners were Mertens and Simpson from the Sweatshop Phase One I team for the Maxi Classic class, Boos, Nerge and Pfautsch from the German Guzzi Classic Team in the Classic 1000 class and Struck, Sieg and Bohmhauer from the Capelli Belli team in the 750TT class.

With these Aragon results, the European Classic Endurance Cup final classification is the following:
Maxi Classic was won by the Sweatshop Phase One I team, followed by Team Force and Sweatshop Phase One II team; Classic 1000 was won by Scuderia Officine Toscane, followed by Aml Racing and Autohaus Sellmann; 750TT was won by the Capelli Belli team.
At the podium ceremony everybody was happy with the event and hoping to get back again in the 2016 Cup.
