European U19 Individual Speedway Championship: QR1 QR1 for the European U19 Individual Speedway Championship in Slovakia, in the town of Zarnovica, situated in the Hron river valley, in the west part of the country. The race day started with a heavy rain and even if in the afternoon it stopped, the parade and 1st heat needed to be postponed. Thanks to the excellent job of club members all the heats were completed with no other setbacks. At the end of a thrilling challenge with many overtakes, after 20 heats Jakub Krawcz took the win but one additional heat had to be run for the 2nd place. European Pairs Speedway Championship: Semi Final 1 The Semi Final 1 of the European Pairs Speedway Championship took place in Macon, France, in the east of the country. The meeting was run with the track in the perfect condition and good weather conditions in front of a warm audience. The sprint for the first place was in balance since to first heat between Great Britain and Sweden and only in the last heat the five points of Great Britain let them win the meeting. Third place and last qualify to Norway. Out of the Final Italy with Paco Castagna, who has done the maximum individual score of the meeting, while a new generation of French young riders finished fifth ahead of Netherlands. European U19 Pairs Speedway Championship: Polish team crowned champion! Riga, the capital of Latvia, hosted the single round of the European U19 Pairs Speedway Championship. The city is the largest is the three Baltic states and lies on the Gulf of Riga at the mouth of the Daugava river where it meets the Baltic Sea. Founded in 1201, its historical centre is a Unesco World Heritage Site noted for its Art Nouveau/Jugendstil architecture and 19th century wooden architecture. The race, well prepared by the Riga Speedway Club, went very dynamically and smoothly thanks to the perfect condition of the track and the Referee, Mr. Pawel Slupski. European 250cc Pairs Speedway Cup: Final 2 Second date for the European 250cc Pairs Speedway Cup: a few days after the Final 1 in Poland the best riders of the Speedway discipline went back on track in Pardubice, Czech Republic, for the Final 2. Team Denmark won (26 points) closely followed by Poland (24 points) and Sweden (20 points). Team from Czech Republic finished fourth with 18 points, while Germany close the top five with 14 points. Mikkel Andersen, recently crowned European 250cc Youth Speedway Champion, ruled the race becoming the best rider of the meeting. During this week, riders had the unique opportunity to race in 4 meeting in 6 days in Central Europe (Poland and Czech Republic). This represents not only a reduction in cost, but also allow riders to focus on racing. The last event of the series will be race on August 6th in Denmark. Final

European 250cc Youth Speedway Championship: Dane Mikkel Andersen grab the title Great weekend for the European 250cc Youth Speedway Championship with the SF1, SF2 and Final in Liberec, Czech Republic. In spite of the unfavourable track conditions because of heavy rain night before meeting, all riders finished the game safe. SF1 Home hero Adam Bednář won SF1 ruling all heats. Czech fans who gathered on Saturday morning at the Letná stadium in Liberec experienced a fantastic racing day. Halfway through the competition, the first ruts appeared on the track, but this did not significantly affect riders' attitude. Results: 1. Adam Bednář, CZE 2. Mikkel Andersen, DEN 3. European Pairs Speedway Championship: SF2 The city of Nagyhalasz, in East Hungary, welcomed riders and team of the European Pairs Speedway Championship for the SF2. Thanks to the excellent job made by the organization, the race was run perfectly without delay. The pair from Latvia claimed the victory with 25 points ahead of Czech Republic, second with 23 points and Poland, whose pair finished third with 18 points. European 250cc Pairs Speedway Cup: Final 1 The best riders of the Speedway European scene fire back into action today for the European 250cc Pairs Speedway Cup: Final 1, staged at Czestochowa, Poland. The city is located in southern Poland on the Warte River and is well-known for the famous Pauline monastery of Jasna Góra, which is the home of the Black Madonna painting, a shrine to the Virgin Mary. Every year, millions of pilgrims from all over the world come to Częstochowa to see it. The young riders proved their talents and raced hard in every heat. From the beginning the Polish pair ruled the meeting and won the event. The other teams competed closely in each heat and eventually it was the most stable Danish team who finished second. SEC: Madsen wins in Rybnik, Michelsen at the lead of standings It wasn't the easiest start of the day for last year's silver medallist, Leon Madsen. The Dane scored just one point in two starts, but added another nine in the rest of the regular phase of the meeting. What's important, Madsen adjusted his equipment in the second part of the meeting, which translated into another win in the last-chance race. In the final, the 2018 Champion gave no chance to his rivals and crossed the finish line as first. Janusz Kołodziej had successful return to the TAURON SEC series. The Pole presented a great form, which translated into direct promotion to the final. In the last race of the day, Kolodziej fought for position with Patryk Dudek, but it was the four-time Individual Champion of Poland who reached the finish line behind Madsen. TAURON SEC 2022 wild card This year's TAURON Speedway Euro Championship series will begin with the final round on July 2 in Rybnik and will traditionally consist of four rounds (the only exception to that was the pandemic season of 2020 when five rounds were played). This time for the tournament, which will be held in Silesia, the organizers decided to invite someone very well known in the local environment. In this way, with number #16 in the first this year's final of TAURON SEC starts no one else, but Kacper Woryna. The Rybnik center's graduate represented the local team from the beginning of his career until 2020. Later he changed his surroundings and moved to Wlókniarz Czestochowa, where he starts already the second season. The rider born on 31 August 1996 has on his account a silver medal in the Individual European Junior Championship, which he won in 2014.
