Second round of EMX250 European Championship in Ernee (France)

Round two of the EMX250 European Championship took place today at the spectator friendly circuit of Ernée, France, where Guillod Motorsport’s Valentin Guillod claimed his second victory of the 2013 season. Jeremy Seewer was second and Cereil Klein Kromhof completed the top three. In the opening stages of the race it was Ceriel Klein Kromhoff who took the lead followed by Valentin Guillod, Brian Bogers and Killian Auberson. While the Dutchman Klein Kromhoff was charging out front, there was no holding off the wrath of the current red plate holder Swiss Valentin Guillod who managed to pass Klein Kromhoff around mid race and lead until the finish. Starting from outside the top five Rockstar Energy Suzuki Europe’s Jeremy Seewer put in an outstanding ride. Despite the narrow track Seewer managed to push his way through the pack passing Klein Kromhoff in the closing stages of the race to finish second

EMX65 and 85 SE Europe in Haskovo (Bulgaria)

The fifth round of the EMX65 and EMX85 Motocross European Championship (South Eastern leg) was held yesterday in Haskovo (Bulgaria). Saturday welcomed the riders with sunny and hot weather, hard pack track for the practices and the qualifying race. On Sunday, the weather conditions changed dramatically in the morning - non stop heavy rain during the whole day and low temperatures. The difficult weather conditions and the heavy mud on the track forced the organizers to cancel the second races for both classes EMX65 and EMX85. However the first race of the EMX65 saw a victory of the current leader of the standings for the SE Zone - Tommaso Bertotto from Hungary (KTM), followed by the Moldovian Igor Cuharciuc (KTM) and third finished Dimitar Petrov from Bulgaria with KTM. EMX65 and 85 NE Europe and EMX Open in Kyiv (Ukraine)

The second round in the North Eastern qualification leg of the EMX 65cc and EMX 85cc and the fifth round of the EMX Open were held today in Kyiv (Ukraine). The track is situated in good position for the spectators, hard pack track. The weather was warm and sunny, 25 degrees. In class 65cc in race 1, first place Timur Petrashin (KTM) from Russia, second place Kraev Maxim (KTM) from Russia, third place Pronenko Svyatoslav (KTM) from Russia. In race 2, first place Kraev Maxim (KTM) from Russia, second place Mykola Moskaluk (KTM) from Ukraine, third place Pronenko Svyatoslav (KTM) from Russia. The fourth round of the EMX65 and EMX85 Motocross European Championship (South Western leg) was held in Brou (France) with cloudy and partially rainy weather. Deep mud at some parts of the track. The organizer made a good job removing the mud from parts of the track. In the EMX65 class, the first heat was won by Spanish rider Oliver Oriol (KTM), followed by Austrian David Shartner (KTM) and Russian Nikita Kucherov (KTM). The second heat was won by French Tom Guyon (KTM) second position to Spanish David Braceras Martinez (KTM) and third position to Oriol. The EMX85 class saw the victory in the first heat of Italian Morgan Lesiardo (KTM) followed by Italian Gianluca Facchetti (Suzuki) and French Ludovic Bompar (KTM). Fourth round of Open Motocross EC in Olsztyn (Poland)

The fourth round in the European Championship Open Class was held today in Olsztyn (Poland) on a very hot and sunny day (27 degr.) and a perfect prepared track. In the Qualification race, the Latvian rider Tom Macuks (KTM) was number one over the finish line, and has the pole position in the two races Sunday. In the first race was Latvian Toms Macuks (KTM) number one, and Polish Lukasz Lonka (HONDA) on the second place and on the third place Russian Aleksandr Efimov (KTM). In the second race was the winner Polish Lukasz Lonka (HONDA) and on the second place Latvian Toms Macuks (KTM) number three Russian Aleksandr Bugreev (YAMAHA). The provisional rankings see the leadership of Macuks with 158 points in front of Burgreev with 148 points. The next round in the open class will take place on 2th of June in Kyiv (Ukraine). In the EMX65cc class, the first heat was won by Swedish Noel Nilsson (KTM), followed by Dutch Raivo Dankers (KTM) and Swedish Emil Jönrup (KTM). In the second heat Dankes won in front of German Ben Hess (KTM) and Jönrup. In the EMX85cc class, British Conrad Mewse (KTM) won the first heat in front of Finnish Kim Savaste (KTM) and Swedish Danne Karlsson (KTM). In the second race the victory went to Savaste in front of Karlsson and third Mewse. The provisional rankings see the leadership of Raivo Dankers in the EMX65cc class with 132 points in front of Emil Weckman with 118 points. The fourth round of the EMX65 and EMX85 Motocross European Championship (South Eastern leg) was held today in the Romanian track of Zarnesti. Nikola Hranic (KTM) of Croatia was the fastest rider in the EMX65 race 1. He managed to finish just in front of Moldavian Igor Cuharciuc (KTM) who won second place. Third was Hungarian Kristof Jakob (KTM). First race of EMX85 was won by Romanian rider Robert Tompa (Suzuki) who managed to get the holeshot and lead the race from start to finish. Bulgarian Hakan Halmi (KTM) came in second, while third place was won by Bulgarian Ivelin Manev (KTM). Second races were not run as they got cancelled, because of a bad accident happened in the supplementary race MX1-MX2. The third round of the Motocross European Championship 65cc and 85cc South-Western Europe Zone and the third round of the EMX Open Motocross European Championship were held this weekend in Brezice (Slovenia). Practice and Qualifying races were made on Saturday on a well prepared but wet, and heavy track. Sunday started with Warm up for all three classes in cloudy/sunny weather. The first race in the EMX 85cc class was Italian Gianluca Facchetti (Suzuki) the fastest rider, number two Italian Gabriele Oteri (TM) and on the third place Itallian Andrea Zanotti (KTM). EMX Open European Championship in Mladina (Croatia)

The second round of the EMX Open Motocross European Championship was held this weekend in Mladina in Jastrebarsko (Croatia). Mladina track is known for very hard weather conditions and also this time was the same. On Saturday, with very hot conditions with 32 degrees, Qualification Race was won by home rider No. 99 Matejin JAROS in front of Latvian rider No. 171 Toms MACUKS and another Croatian rider No.251 Marko LELJAK. Early in the evening starts heavy storm and rains over the night. Conditions on the track in the morning were so hard that schortcuts were required to enable race. Warm up was held during rain, but after that rain stopped and first race was held in cloudy weather with muddy conditions on the track. Russian rider No. 444 Aleksand BUGUREEV won first race in front of Croatian rider No. 251 Marko LELJAK. Third finished another Russian rider No. 333
