Today was last round of the South West leg of the EMX 65 and EMX 85 Motocross European Championship held in Fernao Joanes ( Portugal ). There were present 16 riders to EMX 85 and 14 riders to EMX 65. During two days weather condition was good. First race to EMX 85 won Pancar Jan from Slovenia,second was Charlier Maxime from France and third was zanotti andrea from San Marino.Second race won Charlier maxime from france,second was Pancar Jan from Slovenia and third was Zanotti Andrea from San Marino. First race to EMX 65 won Tomas Eric from Spain,second was Braceras david from Spain and third was Ramos jorge from Spain. On a very well prepared track in a nice surrounding near to the City of Strakonice we had this weekend under best weather conditions the 5th round of European North-West Group Qualification in the 2 Youth Classes EMX65 and EMX85 as well as Round 6 of the European Open Class. On Sunday the summer entered Just in time with blue sky and temperatures over 20° C! In the EMX65 race 1 holeshot went to Rasmus Pedersen. He was leading the whole race (as all training sessions) and won this 1. Heat with big distance in front of Noel Nilsson. The fifth round of the EMX125 and the third round of the EMX150 4 stroke Motocross European Championships were held this weekend in the German track of Teuschenthal. In the EMX125 class, the overall winner was German Brian Hsu (Suzuki) with victory in both heats. Second position went to Italian Joakin Furbetta (KTM) with second position in both heats. Third overall position went to Latvian Tomass Sileika (KTM). In the provisional rankings leader is still Dutch Davy Pootjes (KTM) with 185 points followed by Hsu with 178 points. In the EMX150 class overall winner was British rider Albie Wilkie (Honda) with a second position and a first position in the second heat. Second overall with two three positions German Eric Schwella. This weekend 4th round of European Championship for classes EMX65 and EMX85 in SE zone was held on a new track in Sliven (Bulgaria). Track on Sunday was very wet because of a lot of rain week before. The conditions were very hard for riders. On Sunday there was completely different situation with hot sun and hot conditions. First race of EMX85 was dominated by Bulgarian riders. First finished rider #33 Julian GIORGIEV, second was #26 Hakan HALMI and third #36 Alex DIMITOV. In second race EMX85 #36 Alex DIMITROV finished first in front of #131 Momchil IVANOV from Bulgaria and Croatian rider #97 Nikola HRANIC on third position. In first race EMX65 Hungarian rider #38 Adam KOVAC and Moldavian rider #133 Igor CUHARCIUK presented a great battle for first place. European Motocross Championship EMX 65/85 (NE Europe) + Open this weekend was in Kovel, Ukraine. In class 65cc - 6 riders, 85cc -6 riders, Open – 17 riders. The track is situated good for the spectators, in the middle few small lakes, sandy track. The weather was cold and rainy, 13 degrees. The fourth round of the EMX250 and EMX300 Motocross European Championships were held both this weekend in Maggiora (Italy) with wet and drizzly track conditions on Sunday races after the overnight rain. In the EMX250 class, after the mix of points from the dryness of race one and wetness of race two it was J-Tech Honda’s Thomas Kjer Olsen’s time to shine with his first overall victory of the season. Yesterday’s race one winner Bud Racing Kawsaki’s Sullivan Jaulin still came away with second overall with the red plate holder and race two winner CNC doors KTM’s Steven Clarke rounding out the top three for the weekend. Fourth event in NE zone in classes EMX 65, EMX85 and EMX OPEN was held this week in Czluchov in Poland. For the whole weekend the weather was hot and windy and the conditions were very hard to ride. First race in EMX65 won rider SAZANOVETS Artsiom from Belarussia in front of Latvian rider KRISTERS Krist Suna on second and Ukrainian rider SHCHUKIN Vladyslav on third. In second race first place goes again to SAZANOVETS Artsiom in front of two Russian riders, PETROV Nikita on second and VOPILOV Matvey on third place. First race in EMX85 class saw the victory of ZUKS Rainers form Latvija, MAKHNOU Vitali finished second and BALADIN Daniil from Russia on third. The third round in EMX 65cc and EMX 85cc (SE) was this weekend held in Buzau Romania on a sunny Saturday the training and qualification done on a perfect prepared track, and the fastest rider in the EMX 65cc class CUHARCUR Igor (MOL) and in the EMX 85cc class get HAKAN Halmi the pole position. The EMX65 and EMX85 North East qualification leg was held this weekend in Stelpe (Latvia). The competition was prepared to a very high level. First day the weather was sunny, 21C. The rest of the day was according to the timetable. The qualifications went very well and first day was without any kind of accidents and incidents. For second day started with wind and clouds, 17 C°. The organisers prepared the track very good. The track was in excellent condition. Organizer had really good team and was really easy to work with them. Race day was without accidents. Everything went according the timetable. Organizer has very good working teams which have a lot experience, therefore his job was making very well. The fourth round of the Motocross European Championship EMX 65 and EMX 85 North West Europe Zone were held this weekend in Varsseveld (The Netherlands), in sunny and warm weather. Practice and Qualifying races were made on Saturday on a well prepared track.
