EMX125 and Honda EMX150 4 Stroke in Teuschenthal (Germany)

The fifth round of the EMX125 and the third round of the EMX150 4 stroke Motocross European Championships were held this weekend in the German track of Teuschenthal. In the EMX125 class, the overall winner was German Brian Hsu (Suzuki) with victory in both heats. Second position went to Italian Joakin Furbetta (KTM) with second position in both heats. Third overall position went to Latvian Tomass Sileika (KTM). In the provisional rankings leader is still Dutch Davy Pootjes (KTM) with 185 points followed by Hsu with 178 points. In the EMX150 class overall winner was British rider Albie Wilkie (Honda) with a second position and a first position in the second heat. Second overall with two three positions German Eric Schwella. Winner of the first heat Finnish Jere Haavisto. Provisional rankings see Jere Haavisto leading with 114 points, followed by British Albie Wilkie with 100 points. The next round of

Fifth round of the RR European Junior Cup in Misano Adriatico (Italy)

The 5th round of the FIM European Honda Junior Cup took place this weekend at Misano World Circuit. 25 riders from 16 nations were presented to started the race. It was an interesting race. Started with a "train" of 7 riders until the 4th turn (riders # 8, 37, 51,53, 69 87 and 93). From the 4th round until the 7 two riders (37 e 53) gain a few meters from the others but from the 7 until the last turn these two were joined by riders 51 and 8. EJC points leader Augusto Fernandez (WIL Sport) has come out victorious in today’s 10-lap Pata European Junior Cup, powered by Honda race at Misano, taking his third win out of five races . EMX65 and EMX85 SE in Sliven (Bulgaria)

This weekend 4th round of European Championship for classes EMX65 and EMX85 in SE zone was held on a new track in Sliven (Bulgaria). Track on Sunday was very wet because of a lot of rain week before. The conditions were very hard for riders. On Sunday there was completely different situation with hot sun and hot conditions. First race of EMX85 was dominated by Bulgarian riders. First finished rider #33 Julian GIORGIEV, second was #26 Hakan HALMI and third #36 Alex DIMITOV. In second race EMX85 #36 Alex DIMITROV finished first in front of #131 Momchil IVANOV from Bulgaria and Croatian rider #97 Nikola HRANIC on third position. In first race EMX65 Hungarian rider #38 Adam KOVAC and Moldavian rider #133 Igor CUHARCIUK presented a great battle for first place. Fourth round of the Superstock 600cc EC in Misano Adriatico (Italy)

The 4th round of the Superstock 600 FIM-Europe Championship took place today on the Misano World Circuit (Italy). Marco Faccani (San Carlo Team Italia Kawasaki) has won the fourth round of the European Superstock 600cc Championship after a close fight with compatriot Federico Caricasulo (Evan Bros. Racing Team) and with it returns to the lead of the championship. Taking the intial holeshot, Faccani tried to break away but after setting a new lap record on the second lap Federico Caricasulo set off in pursuit, the young Italian eventually having to settle for 2nd, but delighted with his maiden podium finish. Six riders went down in the opening series of corners including championship leader Niki Tuuli (Kallio Racing Yamaha) and podium man in Imola Stefano Casalotti (VFT Racing Yamaha). Supermono European Cup Road Racing round in Snetterton (Great Britain)

The second round of the Supermono European Cup Road Racing was held on the 14th and 15th June in Snetterton (Great Britain). The winner of the first day was Austrian Lukas Wimmer in front of British Perry Goldstein and German Frank Bruntrup. In the second day the winner was home rider Perry Goldstein, followed by two Germans Frank Bruntrup and Karl Johann. European Motocross Championship EMX 65/85 (NE Europe) + Open this weekend was in Kovel, Ukraine. In class 65cc - 6 riders, 85cc -6 riders, Open – 17 riders. The track is situated good for the spectators, in the middle few small lakes, sandy track. The weather was cold and rainy, 13 degrees. In class 65cc in race 1,first place Jorgen Matthias TAVLIKU (KTM) from Estonia, second place Artsiom SAZANAVETS (KTM) from Belorus, third place Vyacheslav YANOVSKIY (KTM) from Kazkhstan. Supermoto EC in Sosnova (Czech Republic)

Beautiful track of Autodrom Ceska Lipa in Sosnova (Czech Repulic) was the host of the third round of the European Supermoto SM2 Championship. Riders from eight different nations gathered to race in front of more than 5.000 spectators that filled the tribunes. Czech rider Milan Sitniansky (TM) managed to defend his pole-position after the start in front of Italians Yuri Guardala (Honda) and Fabrizio Bartolini (Honda). Finish rider Toni Klem (KTM) and Dutch rider Devon Vermeulen (TM) started to battle it out even from the first lap, Vermeulen managing to win two positions in only one lap, after passing both Klem and Bartolini. Runner-up European Champion last year and Championship leader after two events with maximum points Devon Vermeulen (TM) was not satisfied with his positione and forced Yuri Guardala (Honda) into third place in lap 4, setting up for a chase of leader Milan Sitniansky (TM). Individual Speedway U21 EC Semi-Final 2 in Elgane (Norway)

The second semifinal in Elgane is also the race for the Nordic Championship, so there was more to race for than just to qualify for the final. And what a race before the last 4 heats everything was still open, and heat 17 was a really hard one, cause the two points best riders in the day, was in this heat, both Nicolai Busk Jakobsen and Victor Palovaara was equal on 12 points, but in the same heat Kenni Nissen chasing the with 10 points. In heat 17 Victor Palovaara made a perfect start from the outside and did not look back again. Nikolaj Busk Jakobsen tried everything to catch Palovaara, but it was not enough. EMX250 and EMX300 EC in Maggiora (Italy)

The fourth round of the EMX250 and EMX300 Motocross European Championships were held both this weekend in Maggiora (Italy) with wet and drizzly track conditions on Sunday races after the overnight rain. In the EMX250 class, after the mix of points from the dryness of race one and wetness of race two it was J-Tech Honda’s Thomas Kjer Olsen’s time to shine with his first overall victory of the season. Yesterday’s race one winner Bud Racing Kawsaki’s Sullivan Jaulin still came away with second overall with the red plate holder and race two winner CNC doors KTM’s Steven Clarke rounding out the top three for the weekend.
