Bajas European Championship: Baja TT Sharish Gin
The last seasonal event of the Bajas European Championship took place together with the Baja TT Sharish Gin, raced in Reguengos des Monsarez and Maurao, Portugal, in the last weekend of September.
The race took place in the Alentejo region, well-known for wine and olives: 3 days of action with a prologue test of 9,25 km on Friday, two sections of 65 km and 150 km on Saturday and again the section of 150 km on Sunday.
After 500 km on hard gravel roads and terrain around Monsarez Castle and Alqueva lake, the Portuguese riders ruled the race, making the challenge for the standings even more thrilling.
