The European Snowcross Championship was held this weekend in Norway in the town Hattfjelldal. 23 teams came on Saturday Morning to a perfect prepared Snow Track. The event was characterized by -24 degrees in the morning and 14 degrees by midday.
The four heat were won by respectively Jonatan Eriksson (SWE, Arctic Cat), Viktor Herten (FIN, Lynx), Viktor Herten (FIN, Lynx), Ståle Eggen (NOR, Lynx).
Thanks to two victories and a 7th and a 3rd position, the Finnish rider Viktor Herten managed to get the first position in the overall standings with 84 points, followed by Swedish Magnus Renstrøm with 74 points and Ståle Eggen with 73 points.
