FIM Europe present at Balkan Motorcycle Union meetings in Sofia

The affiliated Federations of the  Balkan Motorcycle Union (BMU) gathered for the traditional Annual Meeting, the Champions Gala as well as the prize giving of the European SuperMoto Champions SM Junior and S3 at the Park Hotel Moskva in Sofia, Bulgaria.

BMU President Bogdan Nikolov welcomed the Balkan Federations to the meeting, where important topics have been discussed: reports of the various Championships, approval of the results, of the 2016 Calendar as well as the regulations for Motocross, Road Racing, SuperMoto, Cross Country, Enduro and MotoClassic.
FIM Europe President Dr. Wolfgang Srb was also present and gave a general overview about the activities of FIM Europe: “The Balkan Motorcycle Union is one of the six Regional Associations of FIM Europe and has been very active despite difficult economic conditions. Federations, officials, volunteers and clubs had to work even harder to achieve their goals. Their passion and commitment is still outstanding”.
At the Championship Gala on Saturday evening the riders received their well deserved trophies.
