FIM Europe Congress at Nantes (France) – Day 4

The 24th edition of the FIM Europe Congress, held in Nantes (France), lived today an exceptional Day 4, which happens every four years, after the elections of the new Management Council. The members elected – or re-elected – yesterday are Dr Wolfgang Srb, Martin de Graaff, Jean-Marc Desnues, Juhani Halme, Martins Lazdovskis, Silvio Manicardi, Nicoleta Olariu, Michal Sikora and Jan Stovicek.

Today a lot of decisions have been taken: the appointment of the 1st Deputy President Martin de Graaff, the appointment of the 2nd Deputy President, Silvio Manicardi, the appointment of the Treasurer, Michal Sikora, the appointment of the Secretary General Alessandro Sambuco, the appointment of the Chairman of the Judicial Panel Rodolfo Romeo, and the division of duties among the Vice-Presidents.
«The work of the Management Council is, just the day after the General Assembly, already in full swing», FIM Europe President Dr Wolfgang Srb stated. «The members are all highly motivated and ready to carry out their duties for the European Federations. Appointments have been done and duties have been assigned. With the support of the excellent General Secretariat in Rome we are all looking forward to a successful future».
