Yesterday, the 13th of October, in the track of Cingoli (Italia) was a fatal accident in which a young British quad rider, Conner Smith, representing Team GB (ACU) in the QuadCross of European Nations, died in the medical center at the track before he could be air-lifted to hospital.
All marshals, Red Cross people. doctors worked professionally, and very fast.
The event was abandoned after this tragedy which happened in the first race, and therefore there are no results for the QuadCross of European Nations or the SidecarCross of Eurpean Nations.
FIM Europe express deepest sympathy to the rider’s family and friends and to the ACU.
