Qualifying Round 1 – Poland

Polish Gdansk track hosted the European U21 Speedway Qualifying Round 1 with riders from 8 different countries. The meeting was run on a wet track following some rain in the first part of the day. 

Top five final classification:

  1. Roman Lakhbaum, Russia
  2. Jakub Miśkowiak, Poland
  3. Daniel Bewley, Great Britain
  4. Mateusz Cierniak, Poland
  5. Michał Curzytek, Poland

 

Qualifying Round 2 – Hungary

The Qualifying Round 2 was raced in Nagyhalasz, Hungary, in front of 2 thousand spectators with good weather conditions. The fight for the qualifications to the final was so tigh with several crashes. After 4 series, 8 riders had a chance to get a promotion. The best was Jan Kvech (14 points), second position for Petr Chlupac (12 points) and third for Artjom Trofimows (11 points). Favourite Nick Skorja had an unlucky race with a crash in heat 17.

  4. Wiktor Lampart, Poland
  5. Daniils Kolodinskis, Latvia

 

Qualifying Round 3 – Denmark

Holsted, in Denmark, hosted the Qualifying Round 3.

 Top five final classification:

  1. Jacobsen Frederik, Denmark
  2. Jørgensen Jason, Denmark
  3. Jeppesen Jonas, Denmark
  4. Hansen Mads, Denmark
  5. Woentin Alexander, Sweden

 

The 5 riders qualified will meet at the final, scheduled on 31st August at Rovno, Ukraine.
