European Talent Cup: Series 2
The FIM CEV Repsol would like to announce that this season the European Talent Cup category will premiere the new Series 2 race series – the ETC S2.
During the last three seasons, up to 50 riders have taken part in each edition of the European Talent Cup, with the current season being the most numerous to date: more than sixty riders representing 18 nationalities have confirmed their permanent registration to date.
This level of participation has obliged the FIM CEV Repsol not only to call two practice groups in each of the events scheduled in the coming 2019 calendar (as happened previously on many occasions), but to offer an innovative option: riders who fail to classify during official practice will be able to take part on race Sunday in the new Series 2 race series of the European Talent Cup.
In doing this the FIM CEV Repsol is taking the next step in helping to develop young talents from all over the world, within the framework of a top-quality championship and as such allowing unclassified riders to acquire high-level competition experience.
