European Super Enduro Cup at Krakow (Poland)

On Saturday 8 December, the opening competition of the FIM Europe Super Enduro Cup was held at Krakow, Poland, in the context of the Maxxis FIM SuperEnduro World Championship. The Tauron Arena was sold out to host the first round and the Polish fans kept up their reputation for being the most passionate and enthusiastic on the calendar.
At the start 36 riders from all over Europe. After a long day of testing, only 14 managed to qualify for the final races.
The German rider Robert Scharl (Husqvarna) won the overall thanks to the second position in the first heat for only 3 seconds and after having dominated the final heat. He has also gained the leadership in the Championship.
Bury Paul (France – Beta) and Thomas Hostinsky (Slovakia – Husqvarna), finished in second and third position respectively.
The next round will be held on 9 February in Budapest, Hungary, while on the 9th March, in Bilbao (Spain), the last test valid for the Super Enduro Cup will start.
